If your initial application is successful, we will invite you for a behavioural interview with one of our team members. We will assess your motivations, career choices, growth mindset, and communication style.
If at any point you are unsuccessful, we will communicate this to you.
You can expect up of two behavioural interviews with the team.

You can expect a live case study to test your problem-solving and technical abilities. We will send you a practice test before your interview. We are here to set you up for success!

We assess your problem-solving abilities throughout the interview process. Some roles will require us to assign an additional case study focused on solving a business problem that is contextual for the client.
As always, we are here to prepare you for success, and will ensure you are equipped with the tools and information required to ace this!
