$50 per hour for conducting technical interviews and assessments

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Senior engineers, engineering managers, or tech leads with at least 7 years of experience and a strong track record in hiring or mentoring talent.

Once you're approved, you can start referring candidates to open roles. Each referral is tracked under your name/email.

A referral is considered successful once the candidate is hired and remains in the role for at least one month.

$300 for your first successful hire
$400 for your second
$500 from your third onward
Plus a $250 bonus for every 5th successful referral

If selected, you'll be asked to conduct technical interviews or code reviews for shortlisted candidates in your area of expertise.

You'll earn $50 per hour for assessments, which will typically be booked in 1-hour slots.

Payments will be processed monthly via bank transfer or mobile money, based on completed and approved referrals/assessments.

Yes. You can opt into one or both roles during the sign-up process.

No formal vetting is required, but you're encouraged to refer people you genuinely believe are qualified for the roles shared with you.
